Over the past three years, 4D Healthware has come a long way. We launched new modules, partnered with several healthcare systems, integrated with dozens of wearable devices, and we were even accepted to Chicago’s premier healthcare technology accelerator called Matter. We’ve reached all of those achievements without any funding.
The wearable device industry has grown into a $700 billion dollar industry in the past several years, and it’s important for companies like 4D Healthware to mirror that acceleration. That’s why we launched our first fundraising campaign on the HealthiosXchange, an online investment marketplace dedicated exclusively to companies disrupting the global healthcare industry. Instead of using a site like Kickstarter that offer products in return for funding, accredited investors can actually own a portion of 4D – and capitalize on our upside – via the HealthiosXchange.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be raising $500,000 from accredited investors. The proceeds will go towards device API development and integration, medication management integration with Surescripts, meeting new Medicare requirements, marketing, customer acquisition and onboarding and overall product enhancements. So if you’re an accredited investor interested in helping our development, we’d love to talk more.
